Research and sources
We base health claims on peer-reviewed research, systematic reviews and guidance from recognised health authorities. We link to our main sources and avoid relying on press releases, anecdotes or marketing claims.
No miracle claims
We do not publish content that promises cures, guaranteed results or rapid transformations, and we are clear about what the evidence does and does not show.
Product reviews
Products are chosen and rated on quality, ingredients, safety, value and reader needs. Affiliate relationships do not affect our verdicts. See our affiliate disclosure.
Updates and corrections
We review articles regularly and show the date they were last updated. If you find an error, tell us and we will investigate and correct it promptly.
